Sexuality Project and CEDES!

In the Project’s second phase (2007-2009) Adriana Ortiz Ortega continues to coordinate the Sexualities Project but CEDES of Argentina now administers the funds and monitors the Project’s activities. A local co-coordinator and member of one of the research teams –Mario Pecheny- helps Adriana Ortiz Ortega with tasks related to CEDES and the development of the project.

CEDES administers the funds granted by the Ford Foundation which includes: finalizing contracts with each national team (Argentina, Chile, China, Mexico, South Africa as well as ESEO), monitoring global and local activities related to the project according to the agreed budget and timeline, helping to organize meetings, assisting Ortiz Ortega in the steps involved in publishing the book and helping to organize South-South activities in the context of the project.
